(MAHAYOGI AVVAIYAAR AMMAL)
Mahayogi avvaiyaar ammal describes about the five major highly
intrinsic sensual parts of the human body related with yoga and meditation. In Tamil
it describes as Panjaenthiriyangal in all types of yoga and sastras. Most of
the yoga and meditation mainly work through these five parts of the humans.
Through these five sensual things, we are always losing all of our energy from
our physical body in connection with material world primary sensations. All
sastras strictly says for the beginners and mastered in meditation on different
stages of system controlled by these five organs. A yogi becomes habituated
with the control of these five panjaenthiriyangal and increase the accumulated
energy without release of human exhaustion.
Mahayogi avvaiyaar ammal makes the difference in the
above verses deliberately with other yoga principles and procedures. She strongly
and conformably says on these sensual parts should be aware itself through the
yogic practices for continuous births by the humans. The effects of the external
material things will be getting and sending signals through the method of
special type of yogic practices especially breaths and it became very sharp
sensations gradually to intrude the humans with these five sensual parts when
once it gets activated. If the soul and
physical body attached with this material consciousness, it will lead to
material world of activities with primary contentment and lead to dissolve the
life gradually. But in the case of yogi it differs, if yogi attached with
wisdom, gnanam in Tamil, then they will get through these human life and lead a
